Passing along something from Springfield PD:
Officers believe Shawn Lamont Bailey of Florissant, MO is responsible for a recent carjacking at 2364 S Ingram Mill Road. A Robbery warrant has been issued for Bailey, who is considered to be armed and dangerous. Due to Bailey’s violent behavior, citizens should not approach or try to detain Bailey.
The incident occurred on 6/22/08 at 1:56AM. A victim was seated in his parked vehicle when Bailey and other suspect approached and struck up a conversation. Soon after, Bailey displayed a handgun and pointed it at the victim, telling him to get out of the car. After collecting cell phones from the victim and his friend, both suspects fled in the victim’s vehicle that was later recovered in St. Louis.

Bailey’s date of birth is 11/02/90. He is 5’6” tall and weighs approximately 115 lbs. He has two notable tattoos, a cross on his left forearm and Chinese script on the right side of his neck.
The second suspect identity has not been confirmed. He is a male black subject with braided hair and a medium build, 5’7” to 6’0” tall.
Investigation into the incident is ongoing and Police are actively working all available leads. Police encourage any witnesses to call 864-1810 or make an anonymous report at 869-TIPS (Crime Stoppers). If information given leads to the conviction of a suspect, a cash award may be considered for the tipster.
