This afternoon, I passed 100,000 visitors to this blog since August 31, 2007. I thank you all for taking the time to visit and read some of the posts on this blog.
I normally don’t talk about the totals or things like my ranking at BlogNetNews because while it’s nice to get recognition like that it’s not really things of interest to people who’ve been reading this blog. Still, I felt like I needed to at least celebrate this milestone because it’s going to be quite a while (most likely) before my number of visitors to the blog goes from six digits to seven digits.
I couldn’t have done it without all of you…both those who like what they’ve seen and those who’ve expressed your less than like for it…and I hope that perhaps something posted here has helped make your life better in some way.
So again, thank you so much for taking the time to read what has been posted here. Thank you also to the Springfield city government staff (especially Louise @ Public information) and the City Council for being so open to dealing with me. Thank you also the private citizens who’ve provided me tips and information. Also to everyone who’s taken the time to leave a comment to something that has been posted here. I appreciate it.
