A huge THANK YOU to Josh DeBerge of KSPR for treating my son Dale like a king tonight while I was conducting a LifeOfJason interview with Joe and Christine Daues. He seemed impressed with Dale’s weather knowledge and passion for the weather.
The entire KSPR staff were fantastic…Whitney even was nice when Dale asked her the last time her beloved Cubs won the World Series and used the 3D Storm Vision to point out which city has won more World Series in the last 100 years.
Of course, Joe wasn’t too happy after Dale spoke with infamous producer Ron Davis and impressed Ron so much with his ability to read the teleprompter that he offered him a job.
But seriously, thank you to Josh for taking so much time with Dale. Dale loves the weather and I really think he’ll end up a meteorologist if I can help keep his interest fired up. Thank you also to Ron, Joe, Christine, Whitney and Emily for being so great to us. This is more than a good news team…they’re good people. That’s rare in today’s media world.
