I’m worried about Jill Gilardi of KSFX/KOLR. Really worried. It seems she’s lonely and needs some friends.

Why? Well, my concerns really jump out based on what I recorded on Friday night.

We had the boys so we had to record The Ghost Whisperer on the DVR. Tonight we finally had the time to sit down and watch it.

We’re watching this episode where the Ghost Whisperer’s husband Jim is being tormented by a hot model’s ghost. The first time he sees her, she appears in his bedroom when his wife is out of town. She’s wearing lingerie and holding a cat as she slowly crosses the room. She tosses the cat onto the bed…she’s inches away from Jim…they look at each other…she reaches out and…

It cuts to Jill Gilardi in the weather lab.

Then it cuts back to the commercials and into the show. Jim starts to put the pieces together and realizes the girl was a model for a cosmetics company…the same company whose products were sold at a party his wife held at their house. After buying a magazine with the model on the back cover, he noticed his wife’s friend Delia having lunch with the cosmetics saleswoman. He walks over, pulls out the photo and asks if they know her. The cosmetic rep says that she does…that her name is…

Cut to Jill Gilardi in the weather lab.

OK, so we don’t get her name until later on when we get back into the show. Jim goes to the ghost’s memorial service and discovers her real identity. He then finds out the dead girl’s agent was there and feels lead to speak to her. Jim walks up and asks about the dead girl and if she was OK. The agent says that no, that she was messed up a little. When she starts to explain…

Look, Jill, we know you have the power to cut into the shows but don’t hit all the major plot points! We all love you! If we promise to bring you cookies or something, can you cut into the commercial breaks next time?

(Note: I know she was just doing weather coverage. It was just amusing she jumped in exactly at all the major plot points. )
