I get a phone call tonight from Dale. He informs me that he has a girlfriend. Apparently she called the house tonight to talk to him.
My son’s a player and he’s only 7.
I said he can’t bring her to the wedding.

Links in the "Local and Area Blogs" section do not necessarily constitute endorsement of the site to whom I've linked. I'm aware several of the sites are little more than repeaters of talking points or deceptive in their presentations.
They are being included so as to give you a snapshot of the entire Springfield/SW Missouri area blogging community. If they offend your particular political point of view, I'm sorry you're offended. I am not going to post links of just one particular political slant if they're someone who is a local area blogger.

Well, why not?
He’s in the actual wedding and it might make her feel awkward sitting there by herself.
He is not old enough to have a girlfriend…she is just a friend who is a girl….but he did make me put her on speed dial. : )
He also asked if she could sleep over. Dad you need to talk to him this weekend about how only boy’s sleep over at boy’s houses and girl’s at girl’s houses.
Wow! His first girlfriend. That’s big news
How to handle that? I have no clue. Good Luck! I support the wedding ban because rule of thumb from my perpetual single friends is; don’t take people to family functions until it’s serious and at seven it can’t be serious
