Huckabee In Springfield

1 02 2008

Mike Huckabee’s apparently doing a fly-by campaigning on Springfield.  He’s scheduled to be at the Ozair Charter Service Hanger at Springfield-Branson National Airport at 7pm tonight.  Doors are going to open at 6pm.  Their press release says “supporters are encouraged to attend” but I have a sneaking suspicion it will be more than just supporters who show up.

I really wanted to go to this but I was planning on going to my girlfriend’s house, the roads there were still bad and so I ended up sitting at home applying for jobs online. I know Huckabee prob wont get the nomination but I am still going to vote for him on Feb 5. It would have made for some great pictures to add to my blog and Flickr.

Huck has to go, he is stealing the conservative republican vote from Romney. McCain is basically a Democrat when all is said and done, and if McCain wins the Rep nomination the Democrats win either way.

If there is anyone who has to go, Chris, its Romney.

If you looked at the records of all three men - Romney’s is the furthest to the left. Only after he decided to run for president did he decide to leap to the right.

I would also add that at this moment Romney trails both Democrats by at 15 points minimum.
